The remodelled fanshop builds on this success, with a new look that intends to satisfy all customer needs. It features a modern design that includes all the necessary online shop functionalities such as the ability to pre-select articles and the option to sign up for a product newsletter.
Accessible in both English and German, the fanshop delivers to all EU countries (as well as Switzerland and the UK), with all available payment methods open to customers and clearly defined shipping costs. Furthermore, for German customers, who currently represent the fanshop’s largest market, shipping costs are covered by the company.
The fanshop can be accessed through the company’s NORDIC website (ngkntk.com/nordic), as a subdomain (shop.ngkntk.com). It is also publicised on the company’s Social Media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram. On the company Facebook page, a button enables followers to purchase directly from the fanshop. Additionally, with more customers using their mobile phone for shopping, a scalable online platform utilising the ‘mobile first’ design concept, ensures website responsiveness and customer access from any digital device.
A variety of high-quality products featuring the iconic red and green NGK Ignition Parts and NTK Vehicle Electronics brand logos are available for purchase. The fanshop regularly offers new lifestyle articles like casual yet stylish clothing garments in a variety of sizes, T-shirts, jackets and baseball caps as well as a whole host of other must-have accessories. Indeed, the most recent product range includes a beautifully designed Fossil watch which has been exclusively created for the ignition and sensor specialist, making it a real collector’s item.
