Global automotive components and technical ceramics supplier Niterra is pleased to announce the expansion of the popular loyalty programme proPoints to include MANN+HUMMEL and its market-leading MANN-FILTER range.

The programme, which has operated since 2019, aims to reward the loyalty of workshop customers through credits that can be exchanged for high-quality consumer goods such as tools, sports equipment, and consumer electronics. Since August 2023, the proPoints scheme has been integrated into AHEAD Automotive, a digital pioneer in automotive Aftermarket that caters to fast-changing industry requirements through innovative services and ideas.

AHEAD was founded by the four principle proPoints partners, Clarios, FORVIA, Niterra and ZF and folded the loyalty programme into its portfolio of ground-breaking services. These include the comprehensive digital portal Qira, which the company is developing to provide access to cutting edge, around-the-clock technical know-how through a user-friendly website. As well as supporting workshops on the wider path to digitalisation, AHEAD aids customers in streamlining and speeding up their diagnostic processes, optimising repair services and increasing the general efficiency of their day-to-day work schedules.

The addition of MANN+HUMMEL by 17 June 2024 will now give the five suppliers a total of nine product brands (VARTA, HELLA, HELLA PAGID, NGK Ignition Parts, NTK Vehicle Electronics, ZF, LEMFÖRDER, SACHS and TRW) and coverage of more than 75% of the demand for everyday automotive workshop components. This will allow customers even faster and more efficient access to points and rewards.

“AHEAD Automotive and the proPoints loyalty programme are already leading innovators in digital Aftermarket services in the automotive industry. The recent addition of MANN+HUMMEL’s superb filter range will enhance this by further extending the scheme’s benefits and coverage to workshop customers,” said Marc Kuntzsch, Vice President Niterra Aftermarket EMEA.

To celebrate MANN+HUMMEL’s inclusion in the proPoints scheme, workshops can now claim an additional 100 bonus points when buying filter products in June, as part of an introductory campaign for new and existing customers. In July, every purchase will earn double points. MANN-FILTER produces a range of 6,800 OE-quality Aftermarket automotive filters, including air filters, oil filters, fuel filters and cabin filters.

Garages who wish to experience the numerous benefits of the proPoints loyalty programme can simply register online and start earning points from participating wholesalers with every purchase they make.

Currently, the proPoints programme is available to workshop customers in Germany, Austria, Poland, Czechia, and Switzerland. Most recently, it has also been added in Hungary and Romania.
