Niterra is pleased to announce that AHEAD Automotive, its digital aftermarket partnership with fellow suppliers Clarios, ZF, Holt Lloyd, Hella, and MANN+HUMMEL, has extended its propoints loyalty programme with two further automotive parts companies. ElringKlinger AG and its Elring brand, a leading specialist in sealing, shielding, and plastic technology, became part of the loyalty programme on 01 January 2026. It was joined on 01 February 2026 by Nissens Automotive and its three brands: Nissens, AVA, and Highway, and their products, which are dedicated to engine management, temperature control, and advanced electronic systems.

Elring’s addition to propoints will be a big plus for workshops across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal, allowing customers to earn more points under the programme and redeem them for high-quality rewards such as tools, sports equipment, consumer electronics, and health and beauty products. Elring’s inclusion in propoints will increase parts coverage in the scheme to a dominant 85%.

To mark Elring’s introduction to propoints, a number of exciting launch promotions have been planned to coincide with the first three months of this year. In January, customers received an extra 200 points with their first purchase from the company, and in February, they can enjoy double points on the company’s entire range. In March, to top off Elring’s first quarter in the venture, customers can earn triple points on sealing compounds and adhesives (chemicals).

The addition of Nissens Automotive further expands points-earning opportunities for workshops and wholesalers alike across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic. The supplier, which is part of the global parts company Standard Motor Products (SMP), will expand the programme’s part coverage to more than 90% in DACH & Iberia, and more than 80% in all other markets. Customers will receive 25 points for any Nissens, AVA or Highway product purchase and will benefit from launch promotions that will begin in February with 200 extra points on a first purchase from the supplier, to be followed by further offers in March and April.

“The addition of ElringKlinger and Nissens Automotive and their respective brands is a big boost to AHEAD Automotive and the propoints loyalty programme. An expansion of this highly successful loyalty scheme will further extend the scope and benefits enjoyed by participating workshop customers,” said Marc Kuntzsch, Vice President Niterra Aftermarket EMEA.

The two new partnerships will greatly expand propoints' reach. Not only will they help lift the number of suppliers in the venture to eight, but they will also add four new brands: Elring, Nissens, AVA and Highway. These will join VARTA, HELLA, NGK Ignition Parts, NTK Vehicle Electronics, ZF, Lemförder, Sachs, TRW, MANN-FILTER, and Holts & Prestone.

The loyalty programme propoints has been central to the digital pioneer AHEAD Automotive since its creation in August 2023, enhancing a project that has helped shape aftermarket services by rewarding customer loyalty.
