Niterra Launches Trusted Program at Automechanika Dubai 2024
At the 21st edition of Automechanika Dubai, the largest trade show for the automotive aftermarket in the MEA region, Niterra proudly unveiled its Trusted Program—a comprehensive certification network for garages and retailers trained to identify counterfeit products. This milestone event, held from December 10-12, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, marked a significant step in advancing quality assurance and supply chain integrity within the automotive aftermarket.
Launched in the presence of Niterra's senior leadership, the Trusted Program enhances the integrity of NGK and NTK products, ensuring customers worldwide have access to certified genuine parts and professional services. The program builds a robust network of Niterra Trusted Retailers and Garages, backed by specialized training, stringent compliance monitoring, and the Trusted Quality Assurance (TQA) warranty program to maximize customer confidence.
Operational in key markets such as Kenya, Ghana, and Saudi Arabia, the program is set to expand into the Ivory Coast and other regions, further strengthening Niterra’s global reach. Available on iOS and Android platforms, the Trusted Program ensures access to resources, certifications, and real-time support, empowering users wherever they are. The initiative not only protects the authenticity of NGK and NTK products but also elevates service standards, safeguarding end-user safety and delivering reliable solutions for a safer automotive aftermarket.
With over 48,000 visitors from 151 countries attending Automechanika Dubai, Niterra’s booth became a key space for networking, meetings, and showcasing its unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. The launch of the Trusted Program reinforces Niterra's leadership in the industry, driving higher standards and cultivating trust across the ecosystem.
