Your Tasks
- Form customer and business hypothesis and validate with proof of concepts, prototypes and early user testing

Your Tasks:
You will support the category & product management team in the following topics:
- Assortment analysis and development, comparison of cross-references with competitor data as well as the improvement of links
- You will assist in the management of master data databases and online catalogues
- You will assist with market research and benchmark analysis
- You will prepare monthly reports and KPI follow-ups
- You will review technical drawings and help us improve data quality
- You support us in cross-functional projects
Your Profile:
- Enrolled student in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or similar, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry.
- Initial practical experience in product management or market intelligence as a student or trainee is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Power-Point

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our M&A department as a Working Student. As part of our automotive supplier company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transformation efforts by focusing on investments in new business areas such as mobility, smart health, and utility. Your Tasks:
- Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential investment opportunities in new business areas, including mobility, smart health, and utility. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support investment decision-making.
- Due Diligence Support: Support the M&A team in conducting due diligence on potential investment targets. This involves analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research, and preparing investment memos.
- Financial Modeling: Assist in building and maintaining financial models to evaluate investment opportunities. This includes analyzing financial statements, performing valuation analysis, and assessing investment risks and returns.

- Strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and investment analysis.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
