Your Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., paid search, display, social media, etc.) for each venture in the portfolio
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve business objectives
- Use data analysis to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within each venture, including product, creative, and customer success, to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance for each venture, including providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage them in campaigns
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid social & search
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities across multiple ventures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders

Your Tasks:
- You will lead the Product Development and Program Management teams and take responsibility for new projects to be developed in EMEA and GHQ cooperation

Your Profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or IT or in relevant subjects
- More than 5 years Professional experience in a corporate strategy department and/ or consulting company (ideally: Strategy consulting, Boutique, Big 4 consulting/ Big 4 transaction advisory – or similar)
- Experience in leading international & interdisciplinary projects & project teams
- Synthetic thinking
- Experience in set-up &/ or implementation of new business ideation is a plus (e.g. digital business models)
- Experience in M&A projects (due diligence or post merger integration) is a plus
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus

Your Tasks:
- Privileged contact person for our market place activities ➢ Support the Regional Key Account Manager for E-commerce in various sales and administrative tasks
- Support in content definition and online implementation in collaboration with our internal and external interlocutors
- Interact with customers, actively involved in pre-sales and postsales support
