slashesSmall sweeps the board at NGK Scottish golf day

NGK’s distributors in Scotland have been competing in the company’s 2019 golf day which was held in Perthshire.

The players enjoyed fine weather as they took part in the prestigious annual tournament at Murrayshall Country House Hotel and Golf Club near Scone, Perth, with Richard Small, of Pentland Components, Edinburgh, taking the honours by not only winning the competition but also the nearest the pin and longest drive awards – a first for the event in Scotland.

Marko Wowczyna, Director – Automotive, NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd, said: “The NGK Scottish golf day has been held for more than 20 years and is always a fantastic event. It is a great opportunity to catch up with the NGK distributors from Scotland and have some light-hearted banter within the groups.

“The 2019 event was as competitive as ever and I have to congratulate Richard on his winning performance. Fortunately the weather was fine and sunny; the venue was excellent and the grounds lovely. It was a memorable day.”
