slashesBullseye Superfactors’ customers have the chance to enjoy a fantastic Speedway experience

Visitors to the show on Thursday, July 4 in Rotherham will have the opportunity to test their reaction times on a Speedway bike once owned by legendary four-time World champion Greg Hancock who is sponsored by NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd.

The Grand Prix bike will be fitted with a simple clutch reaction system to test garage customers’ reaction to a traffic light start system and see how they compare to Hancock's legendary lightning race starts with the winner getting the opportunity to test their own Speedway skills for real.

The person who achieves the fastest reaction time on the night will win a full experience day riding a Speedway machine on track with expert tuition from ex-World ranked number two Speedway rider Les Collins and his son five-time British flat track Champion and Speedway rider Aidan Collins.

There will be a video of this experience on show during the evening and it’s not for the faint hearted as testified by NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd’s Marketing Manager Mark Hallam who tested his own Speedway skills at Buxton Speedway Circuit.

Mark said: “Having very little motorcycle experience my main objective was to enjoy the day and not to come off the bike! Whilst I rode slowly, especially around the bends, I still got a feeling for the sport and now fully appreciate how skilled and brave professional Speedway riders are. I am sure the lucky winner at Bullseye Superfactors’ trade show will have a day they will never forget!”

Bullseye garage customers will get one go on the machine but if any garage signs up to NGK’s BoxClever independent garage loyalty scheme on the night, they will have an additional three attempts. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and fully fit to attend the track day should they win.
