Charlie to race in European Lamborghini championship

Motor racing star Charlie Martin – who is sponsored by Niterra UK Ltd, owner of the NGK ignition and NTK vehicle electronics brands – will contest the 2023 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe championship with Brutal Fish Racing.

Beginning at the world-famous Imola circuit on the weekend of May 5-7, she will once again race alongside co-driver and teammate Jason Keats, CEO of OSOM Privacy, at the wheel of the Brutal Fish Racing Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2.

Following a successful debut campaign in Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America in 2022, where the duo collected one win and six podium finishes to end the season as vice-champions of the Lamborghini Cup class, the switch to the highly competitive European series will provide a new and exciting challenge for the pair.

Charlie said: "I'm delighted to be joining the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe series with Brutal Fish Racing and continuing this incredible journey with Jason. We had so much fun and success racing together in the States last year, embarking upon the European championship feels like the natural next step.

“It’s a competitive and thrilling championship, which will be a great challenge that I’m very much looking forward to after the success we experienced in the North American championship throughout 2022, so I can't wait to get behind the wheel again."

Mark Hallam, Marketing Manager, Niterra UK Ltd, said: “We are delighted to once again be supporting Charlie throughout the 2023 season and are looking forward to seeing her race back in Europe in this exciting championship.”
