Your Tasks:
- You will work closely with our HR business partners and thus support the smoothest possible handling of various HR processes.
- You will be responsible for managing employment contracts and keeping our various contracts and information sheets up to date. You will work closely with the Head of HR EMEA on contract amendments.
- You will support the recruitment process by compiling and sending out contract documents, processing responses and forwarding the necessary information to various internal departments.
- You will organise the monthly onboarding process and ensure that our employees undergo the necessary security briefings and are assigned basic training courses.
- You will maintain SAP SuccessFactors and thus actively contribute to the quality of our personnel data and compliance with data protection regulations.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining personnel files, handling correspondence and preparing certificates.
- You will be responsible for independently handling other organisational and administrative tasks, such as organising anniversaries.
- You will take on administrative tasks in connection with departures, including the independent coordination and preparation of employment references.
- If you are deputising, you will take on tasks relating to our time recording and access control.
Your Profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in the administration of HR processes. Further training as a personnel specialist is an advantage.
- You have at least basic knowledge of labour law, payroll tax and social security law.
- You already have experience of working with Success Factors/Workday or another personnel management system.
- You are comfortable working with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint or with the Google applications Docs, Sheets and Slides.
- You love to organise, work very accurately and are detail-oriented.
- Your service orientation is strong, you are proactive and self-motivated.
- You are extremely reliable and responsible.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills are also required.

Your Tasks:
You take over the administration of training business, you have the responsibility for planning and organization and you will support on the part of the WeLearn Academy with following daily tasks:
- Planning, preparation and follow-up of training sessions, including sending invitations to participants and trainers as well as booking venues and rooms
- Scheduling and booking of trainings with internal and external training partners and close coordination with the trainers
- Administration and responsibility of the WeLearn Academy mailing inbox and other development platforms
- Supporting employees with questions regarding further education and training opportunities as well as researching and preparation of evaluations and analyses to evaluate training effectiveness as well as maintenance and administration of reporting lists
- Assigning newly hired people to mandatory training and provide additional support in vary other operative topics such as travel expense reports, calendar management or creating PowerPoints
- Supporting the projects related to personnel development
Your Profile:
- You have a completed training or degree in office management, administration, personal development or similar
- You have experience in appointment coordination and training/workshop organization as well as experience in creating and maintaining e-learning (Google Classroom, LMS) and personal development projects
- You are experienced in MS Office (esp. Excel) or Google Workplace and HR Software Tools (SAP), knowledge in LMS would be an advantage
- You are an organisational talent and your way of working is structured, binding and conscientious
- You have strong communication skills combined with a pleasant, confident and empathetic manner and a high level of service orientation
- You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English

Your Tasks:
- You are the contact person (m/f/d) for all legal issues in the day-to-day business of all business units and functions, especially at the operational level.
- You advise the purchasing department, as well as the sales and marketing department.

Your Profile:
- You are a fully qualified lawyer, graduated with above-average state exams.
- You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience (ideally in the fields of corporate law and general commercial law), ideally in an international environment or international law firm
- Good analytical, problem-solving and implementation skills to communicate legal issues in an understandable way to different recipients.
- Resilience to work in a fast-moving environment and the ability to independently familiarise yourself with unfamiliar topics and tasks.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
- Team player with negotiating skills and willingness to make decisions.

Your Tasks:
- Feeding, management, analysis of the electronic catalogue data for ignition parts into PIM system
- Creating linkages between product and target applications
- Insure the management of catalogue supplier and contract preparation
- Analyze electronic catalogues and related databases to provide recommendation and optimize the efficiency of the catalogues

Your Profile:

- Open minded person with intercultural understanding, analytical mind set with problem solving skills, dynamic and self-driven
- Good adaptation to workload and time pressure
- Deep knowledge of electronic catalogues, e.g. Tecdoc and/or Media Asset Management (MAM)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint etc.), especially knowledge of Access, Excel usage and programming
